Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although larger than typical for a Tokyo hotel, felt cramped due to the design with two twin beds and a partially removed partition wall. The service was hit or miss, with friendly staff but lacking professionalism at times. The location was better than expected with easy access to transportation but not near major tourist attractions. The dining options were basic, and the facilities were satisfactory.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is very convenient, right across from the Shinagawa Seaside train station, making commuting easy. However, the rooms were smaller than expected, even by Tokyo standards, and the layout with the partially removed wall was unconventional. The service was surprisingly not as warm and welcoming as expected in Japan, but they did assist me with saving something. The dining options were typical Japanese fare, which might not suit everyone's taste. The facilities were decent, but the rooms were on the smaller side.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean with a view of airplanes taking off, although they were a bit small. The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the Shinagawa Seaside train station/Rinkai Line and next to an Aeon Mall that's open late. The rooms were comfortable.
